基于元气亏虚浅析针灸“标本配穴”法防治糖尿病的理论内涵

摘　　要：元气亏虚是贯穿糖尿病整个过程的根本病机,是导致糖尿病发生和发展的重要因素,也是导致其迁延日久、难以根治的病理基础。因此,以元气亏虚为治疗靶点显得尤为重要。本研究以治未病思想为指导,以“双固一通”针灸法为核心,强调“正气”在疾病防治中的重要作用,提出“标本配穴”法,推测此法运用于防治糖尿病可通过固护先、后天之气针对性地治疗元气亏虚这一根本病机,但其中具体的作用机制还需进一步研究。Source-Qi deficiency is a fundamental pathogenesis throughout the whole process of diabetes mellitus(DM),which is an important factor leading to the occurrence and development of the course of DM,and is also the prolonged and difficult pathological basis.Therefore,it is particularly important to treat source-Qi deficiency as the target.Based on the theory of‘preventive treatment of disease’in TCM,it emphasizes the important role of‘vital-Qi’in disease control and prevention,and takes‘consolidation and non-obstruction’as the cores of acupuncture and moxibustion,and it puts forward‘Biao(manifestation)Ben(root)acupoints compatibility’,which can be applied in prevention and treatment of DM by solid protection to targeted therapy,but the specific action mechanism still needs further study.
