摘  要:目的:观察横断纵贯交互式健康教育在复杂性胫骨平台骨折术后患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2018年3月至2020年5月该院收治的86例复杂性胫骨平台骨折术后患者进行前瞻性研究,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组和研究组各43例。对照组给予常规横断面节点式健康教育,研究组采取横断纵贯交互式健康教育,比较两组遵医依从率、干预前后负性情绪[焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)]评分、自护能力[自我护理能力量表(ESCA)]评分及护理满意度。结果:研究组遵医依从率为93.02%,高于对照组的77.50%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后,研究组SAS、SDS评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组自护技能、自护责任感、健康知识、自我概念评分及ESCA总分均高对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组护理满意度为93.02%,高于对照组的76.74%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:横断纵贯交互式健康教育应用于复杂性胫骨平台骨折术后患者,提高遵医依从率、自护能力评分和护理满意度,以及降低负性情绪评分的效果优于常规横断面节点式健康教育效果。Objective:To observe application effects of cross-sectional and longitudinal interactive health education in postoperative patients with complex tibial plateau fractures.Methods:A prospective study was conducted on 86 postoperative patients with complex tibial plateau fractures admitted to the hospital from March 2018 to May 2020.They were divided into control group and study group according to the random number table method,43 cases in each.The control group was given routine cross-sectional node health education,while the study group was given the cross-sectional and longitudinal interactive health education.The compliance rate,the negative emotions[self-rating anxiety scale(SAS),self-rating depression scale(SDS)]score,the self-care ability[exercise of self-care agency scale(ESCA)]score,and the nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups before and after the intervention.Results:The compliance rate of the study group was 93.02%,which was higher than 77.50%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the intervention,the scores of SAS and SDS in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of self-care skills,selfcare responsibility,health knowledge,self-concept and the ESCA total score of the study group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Further,the nursing satisfaction of the study group was 93.02%,which was higher than 76.74%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:The cross-sectional and longitudinal interactive health education in the postoperative patients with complex tibial plateau fractures can improve the compliance rate,the self-care ability scores and the nursing satisfaction,and reduce the negative emotion scores.Moreover,it is superior to the conventional cross-sectional node health education.
