清初莆田籍名宦彭鹏德政思想的形成与内涵

摘　　要：梳理和分析地方史志与彭鹏所著《古愚心言》,揭示了彭鹏德政思想形成的原因,一方面是受到家族精神、先贤榜样与宗教文化影响,另一方面也是清初国家重整与社会治理需求下的产物;认为彭鹏整饬吏治、明法息讼、兴业务本、崇文兴教等德政之举为清初国家政治秩序与地方社会秩序的重构做出了积极贡献。By combing and analyzing the local historical records and Peng Peng's Words in the Heart of Gu-Yu,this paper reveals the reasons for the formation of Peng Peng's thought of benevolent rule,which is not only influenced by the family spirit,models of sages and religious culture,but also the product of the needs of national restructuring and social governance in the early Qing Dynasty.It is believed that Peng Peng's virtuous deeds,such as rectifying the administration of officials,clearing the law and settling lawsuits,promoting agricultural development,advocating culture and promoting education,made positive contributions to the reconstruction of the national political order and local social order in the early Qing Dynasty.
