摘　　要：中密度纤维板(MDF)是粉末涂装木质家具的主流基材。MDF基材是一种不导电的热敏基材,而粉末涂料需要通过静电涂装的方式再经过高温烘烤完成固化,因此,MDF基材的粉末涂装面临不小的挑战。在行业快速发展的背景下,下游家具厂往往对粉末涂装工艺缺乏系统认知,造成产线布局不合理、生产效率低、良品率低等问题。本研究系统介绍了用于MDF家具液体底漆和低温固化粉末涂料,详细分析了每种涂料的工艺和利弊,综述了MDF家具粉末涂装新趋势,给行业同仁提供参考方向。Medium density fiberboard(MDF)is the mainstream substrate of powder coated wood-based furniture.MDF is a non-conductive thermal sensitive substrate,while powder coating requires electrostatic application and high temperature cure.It is widely known challenge for powder coating application on MDF.With the rapid development of the industry,downstream furniture producers often lack systematic understanding of powder coating process,which results in unreasonable design of production line,low production efficiency and low yield rate.In this paper,the progress of liquid primer and powder coating topcoat specially designed for MDF furniture is systematically introduced and the advantages and disadvantages of each coating are analyzed in detail.Moreover,the new development tendency which will guide the selection of proper coating solutions is summarized and the development directions for MDF powder coatings are provided.
