摘  要:石油天然气输送钢管是石油类物资监理项目的重要产品,钢管冲击韧性是管网安全运行的重要指标,而热影响区冲击韧性是其中的薄弱环节。本文通过对X80M高钢级HFW焊管热影响区夏比冲击取样试验,确定热影响区冲击韧性的有效区域位置,确保热影响区冲击韧性试验结果真实有效,从而确保产品质量,以期为油气管道建设采用X80M高钢级HFW焊管提供了热影响区冲击韧性数据参考与支持,为从事监理工作的同行提供借鉴和参考。The steel pipe for petroleum and natural gas transmission is an important product of the petroleum materials supervision project.The impact toughness of the steel pipe is an important index of the safe operation of the pipe network,and the impact toughness of the heat affected zone is a weak link.The purpose of this paper is to determine the effective area location of the impact toughness in the heat affected zone through Charpy impact sampling test of X80M high steel grade HFW welded pipe,so as to ensure the real and effective test results of the heat affected impact toughness,so as to ensure the quality of products.This paper provides reference and support for the impact toughness data of the heat affected zone in the construction of oil and gas pipeline using X80M high steel grade HFW welded pipe and provides reference for colleagues engaged in supervision work.
