摘　　要：高压给水加热器是火电机组回热系统重要组成部分,对设备安全运行具有重要影响。本文从设备制造监理的角度,依据设备监理合同、设备采购技术协议及相关标准,对设备监理的策划、实施、质量问题发现与处理进行了阐述,帮助业主避免质量问题发生,确保设备合格出厂,为后续机组运行奠定了基础。同时也探索改进设备监理工作方式和方法,为类似设备制造监理提供借鉴。High pressure feedwater heater is an important part of the regenerative system of thermal power units,which has an important impact on the safe operation of equipment.From the perspective of equipment manufacturing supervision,according to the equipment supervision contract,equipment procurement technical agreement and relevant standards,this paper plans,implements,finds and handles quality problems of equipment supervision,helps the owner avoid quality problems,ensures that the equipment is qualified and leaves the factory,and lays a foundation for subsequent unit operation.At the same time,it also explores and improves the working mode and method of equipment supervision,which also provides reference for similar equipment manufacturing supervision.
