摘  要:抗菌型聚氨酯已在航天、建筑、轻工等诸多领域得到广泛应用。文章对聚六亚甲基胍(PHMG)进行疏水改性,并通过化学键合法引入到再生聚氨酯海绵基体中,可赋予材料良好的抗菌性且抗菌持效性较强。考虑到金属离子的广谱抗菌性以及价格适中,将锌离子与改性后的PHMG共同引入到再生聚氨酯海绵基体中能进行协同抗菌,可降低生产成本并赋予长效抗菌性。Antibacterial polyurethane has been widely used in aerospace,construction,light industry and many other fields.In this paper,hydrophobic modification of polyhexamethylene guanidine(PHMG)was carried out,and then the modified PHMG was introduced into the regenerated polyurethane sponge matrix by chemical bonding method,which can endow the material with good antibacterial activity and antibacterial duration.Considering the broad spectrum antibacterial activity and the moderate price of metal ions,Zn2+ions and modified PHMG were co-introduced into the regenerated polyurethane sponge matrix for achieving synergistic antibacterial effects,which can reduce the production cost and provide long-term antibacterial activity.
