摘 要:采用三嵌段共聚物P123为表面活性剂,四氢呋喃(THF)为溶剂,钛酸四丁酯(TBOT)为钛源,通过溶剂热策略制备出多级结构二氧化钛微球。利用浸渍还原法将Pt纳米粒子负载在二氧化钛微球上,得到Pt/TiO_(2)催化剂。采用XRD、N_(2)吸附脱附和TEM手段对催化剂进行表征,以糠醛加氢为模型反应考察了Pt/TiO_(2)的催化性能。结果表明,合成的Pt/TiO_(2)催化剂在糠醛加氢反应中表现出优异的活性,在30~80℃反应3 h,对糠醛加氢反应的转化率为82%,选择性为78.4%。Pt/TiO_(2)催化剂循环使用过程中仍表现出较好的催化活性,因此研究TiO_(2)微球载Pt催化剂对糠醛加氢生成糠醇具有一定价值。TiO_(2)microspheres were prepared by solvothermal method by using TBOT as precursor.Tetrahydrofuran was emplayed as solvent and P123 as surfactant.Furthermore,Pt/TiO_(2)catalyst was prepared by impregnation reduction and supported Pt nanoparticles on TiO_(2)microspheres.XRD,N 2 adsorption-desorption and TEM were performed to study morphologies and structure of catalysts.The catalytic performance of Pt/TiO_(2)was investigated by hydrogenation of furfural as a model reaction.The results showed that the as-prepared Pt/TiO_(2)catalyst is of excellent activity for furfural hydrogenation.The conversion and selectivity of the catalyst were 82%and 78.4%,respectively in the temperature range of 30~80℃for 3 h.The Pt/TiO_(2)catalyst still exhibited an impressive recyclability performance for up to four recycles without significant deactivation in activity and selectivity.Hence,Pt catalyst supported by TiO_(2)microsphere is of potential importance for furfuryl alcohol hydrogenation.
