摘　　要：中医称中风后运动性失语为“喑痱”“风喑”,是中风患者常见症状,以口语表达障碍最突出,谈话为非流利型,影响与他人沟通,进而降低生活质量。对中风失语症的研究文献不胜枚举,在其治疗上也有较长的历史,行之有效。随着现在医学的进步,中医与西医的相互融合,对其病因机制深入研究,形成诸多治疗该疾病的方法。临床上多采用体针、头针、眼针等各种针刺疗法,皆有文献报道,疗效显著并在临床上得到广泛应用。Traditional Chinese medicine refers to the Aphasia due to apoplexy as“Prickly heat”and“Aphonia”,it’s a common symptom in stroke victims,oral expression barrier is most prominent,the conversation is not fluent type,influence the patient to communicate with others,then reduces the quality of life.The literature on Apoplectic Aphasia from ancient times to the present is numerous,in its treatment also has a long history,and effective.With the progress of modern medicine,the integration of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine,in-depth study of its etiology and mechanism,the formation of a number of treatment methods of the disease.Now clinical use body acupuncture,head pin,eye acupuncture and other acupuncture therapy,all of them have been reported in the literature,and have been widely used in clinic.
