大柴胡汤治疗冠心病的临床体会

摘　　要：大柴胡汤源于张仲景《伤寒杂病论》,功效和解少阳,通腑泄热,为治少阳阳明并病的主方。少阳主半表半里,阳明主里,涉及的经络及脏腑较多。吴荣主任医师认为,在临证中要严格辨证论治,抓住主要病机,灵活加减化裁。对于邪入少阳,兼有阳明腑实之心血管疾病,运用此方加减可取得满意的疗效。文章分享大柴胡汤治疗冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病的体会,并附验案一则。Dachaihu Decoction originates from Zhongjing's Theory of typhoid and miscellaneous diseases,which is the main prescription for the treatment of Shaoyang and Yangming diseases.Shaoyang master half surface and half li,Yangming master interior,involving more meridians and viscera.Wu Rong,chief physician,believes that in clinical treatment,it is necessary to strictly treat according to syndrome differentiation,grasp the main pathogenesis,and flexibly add,subtract and cut.For cardiovascular diseases with evil entering Shaoyang and Yangming viscera,satisfactory curative effect can be obtained by adding and subtracting this prescription.The author shares the experience of Dachaihu decoction(大柴胡汤)in the treatment of coronary heart disease.
