《针灸大成》中大陵穴临床应用规律探析

摘　　要：目的通过对《针灸大成》中大陵穴的理论认识和临床应用探析,以期为现代临床提供理论指导。方法整理《针灸大成》中大陵穴的文献记载及现代应用,对其在定位、操作方法和临床应用等方面归纳总结后进行分析。结果大陵穴的腧穴定位与现代《经络腧穴学》第10版中所述定位相一致,位于腕掌侧远端横纹中,掌长肌腱与桡侧腕屈肌腱之间,书中关于大陵穴主治证候的记载也较繁多,组方上多为配穴使用,《针灸大成》对刺灸法记录条文较少。结论大陵穴的临床应用范围广泛,可治疗心胸、神志、脾胃、肢体经络、口臭、肺系、五官等疾患。临床需根据患者病情正确辨证组穴,灵活运用适宜的针刺方法、补泻手法等。Objective In order to provide theoretical guidance for modern clinic,this paper analyzes the theoretical understanding and clinical application of Daoling acupoint of Acupuncture and moxibustion Dacheng.Methods Through sorting out the literature records of Daoling acupoint in Dacheng of Acupuncture and Moxibustion and its modern application,the positioning,operation and clinical application of daoling acupoint were summarized and analyzed.Results large ling hole positioning and acupoints in the 1oth edition of the meridians to learn described in positioning is consistent,is located in the distal wrist volar horizontal grain,the palm between long tendons and called lateral wrist flexor tendon,the book records about big ling hole attending syndrome more various,also formula on more use to match point,the acupuncture dacheng less provisions of thorn moxibustion record.Conclusion Daling point has a wide range of clinical treatment,which can be applied to the diseases of heart,mind,spleen and stomach,body meridians,halitosis,lung system,five senses and so on.Clinical needs according to the patients condition correct differentiation of points,flexible use of appropriate acupuncture methods,tonifying and reducing techniques.
