散瘀止痛汤治疗膝骨性关节炎的临床研究

摘　　要：目的分析散瘀止痛汤治疗膝骨性关节炎的效果。方法按照对比治疗观察的方式开展探究,纳入2019年2月—2022年10月收治膝骨性关节炎患者48例为对象,随机数表均分对照组与观察组,对照组行常规治疗,观察组以散瘀止痛汤进行治疗。对两组患者恢复情况进行分析。结果对比两组治疗前后症状积分,在疼痛评分、晨僵评分以及功能评分方面,治疗前无差异(P>0.05),治疗后观察组评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。对比两组炎性因子水平,白介素-1β、肿瘤坏死因子-a以及基质金属蛋白酶-3水平,治疗前无差异(P>0.05),治疗后观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。分析两组膝关节功能恢复情况,在Lysholm评分方面,治疗前两组无差异(P>0.05),治疗后1、2、3周,观察组评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组生活质量高于对照组,不良反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在对膝骨性关节炎患者治疗中使用散瘀止痛汤进行治疗,可以促使患者对应症状迅速得到改善,并降低患者体内炎性因子水平,改善膝关节功能,提升恢复期间生活质量,降低不良反应发生率,达到帮助患者恢复的目的。Objective To analyze the effect of selecting Sanyu Zhitong Decoction(散瘀止痛汤)in the treatment of patients with knee osteoarthritis.Methods A comparative treatment observation approach was used to investigate 48 patients with knee osteoarthritis admitted from February 2019 to October 2022.They were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group using a numerical table.The control group was treated with conventional therapy,while the observation group was treated with Sanyu Zhitong Decoction.The recovery of the two groups of patients was analyzed.Results Compared with the symptom scores before and after treatment,there was no difference in pain scores,morning stiffness scores,and functional scores between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the score in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Compare the levels of inflammatory factors,interleukin 1,between the two groupsβ、There was no difference in the levels of tumor necrosis factor a and matrix metalloproteinase-3 before treatment,(P>0.05).After treatment,the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).The recovery of knee joint function in the two groups was analyzed.In terms of Lysholm score,there was no difference between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After 1,2,and 3 weeks of treatment,the score in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The quality of life in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the incidence of adverse reactions was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Using Sanyu Zhitong Decoction in the treatment of patients with knee osteoarthritis can promote the rapid improvement of corresponding symptoms,reduce the level of inflammatory factors in the patient's body,improve the function of the patient's knee joint,improve the quality of life of the patient during recovery,reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,and achieve the goal of helping the patient recover.
