摘 要:石油天然气作为重要能源和战略资源,对我国经济的迅速发展起到至关重要的作用。随着开采力度不断加大,能源供给模式逐渐改善,但钻井作业过程能源投入和水资源耗费为双碳目标的实现增加难度。为进一步推广钻井废液循环利用技术,本研究采用聚合氯化铝、硫酸铁等无机铝铁盐作为钻井废液处理剂,在威远页岩气开发区块开展钻井废液处理工程实践。其间,现场产生钻井废液1752.7 m^(3),其中1032.60 m^(3)用于配制聚合物钻井液,406.90 m^(3)用于配制钾-聚磺钻井液,回用率为82.13%。钻井废液无须深度处理即可循环利用,符合低碳节能发展要求,本研究结果为我国钻井废液处理领域早日实现双碳目标提供技术支撑。As important energy and strategic resources,oil and natural gas play a crucial role in the rapid development of China's economy.As mining efforts continue to increase,the energy supply model gradually improves,but during drilling operations,energy investment and water resource consumption increase the difficulty of achieving the dual carbon target.In order to further promote the recycling technology of drilling waste liquid,this study uses polyaluminum chloride,ferric sulfate and other inorganic aluminum and iron salts as drilling waste liquid treatment agents to carry out drlling waste liquid treatment engineering practice in Weiyuan shale gas development block.During this period,1752.7 m^(3) of drilling waste liquid is generated on site,of which 1032.60 m^(3) is used to prepare polymer drlling fluid and 406.90 m'is used to prepare potassium-polysulfonate drilling fluid,with a recycling rate of 82.13%.Drlling waste liquid can be recycled without deep treatment,meeting the requirements of low-carbon and energy-saving development,and the results of this study provide technical support for the early realization of the dual carbon target in the field of drilling waste liquid treatment in China.
