摘 要:自燃煤矸石具有诸多优越特性,可以作为轻骨料应用于混凝土制备中,而抗压强度是评价自燃煤矸石轻骨料混凝土性能的重要指标。本文采用均匀设计方法,开展自燃煤矸石轻骨料混凝土配合比设计,然后开展混凝土抗压强度测试并采用回归分析对数据进行处理,分析不同因素对混凝土抗压强度的交互影响。研究表明,水和聚丙烯纤维掺量是影响混凝土抗压强度的重要因素,必须做好混凝土配合比设计,拓展自燃煤矸石轻骨料混凝土的应用范围,提高煤矸石综合利用价值。Self-igniting coal gangue has many superior properties,which can be used as lightweight aggregate in concrete preparation,and compressive strength is an important indicator for evaluating the performance of self-igniting coal gangue lightweight aggregate concrete.This paper adopts the uniform design method to carry out the mix design of self-igniting coal gangue lightweight aggregate concrete,and then conducts concrete compressive strength testing and uses regression analysis to process the data,analyzing the interactive effects of different factors on the compressive strength of concrete.Research has shown that water and polypropylene fiber content are important factors affecting the compressive strength of concrete,it is necessary to do a good job in concrete mix design,expand the application range of self-igniting coal gangue lightweight aggregate concrete,and improve the comprehensive utilization value of coal gangue.
