摘  要:结合生活垃圾焚烧发电厂掺烧市政污泥实例,本文介绍了污泥掺烧方式与掺烧比例等,分别对比研究了污泥掺烧对锅炉温度、锅炉效率、消石灰用量、SO_(2)排放、飞灰产生量和二噁英排放的影响。掺烧污泥后,炉膛温度与锅炉产汽量明显降低,原因为污泥热值低及积灰结焦;烟气指标相近情况下,消石灰单耗增加,每日消石灰消耗量相较于未掺烧污泥时的消耗量增加10.4%;飞灰产生量基本无变化,二噁英排放量无明显变化,毒性当量约为0.02。本研究结果可明确生活垃圾焚烧发电厂掺烧市政污泥的环境影响,指导同行合理选择污泥掺烧方式。Based on the case of municipal sludge mixed combustion in a domestic waste incineration power plant,this paper introduces the method and proportion of sludge mixed combustion,and compares and studies the effects of sludge mixed combustion on boiler temperature,boiler efficiency,lime consumption,SO_(2) emissions,fly ash production,and dioxin emissions.After sludge mixed combustion,the furnace temperature and boiler steam production significantly decrease due to the low calorific value of sludge and coking of accumulated ash;when the flue gas indicators are similar,the unit consumption of hydrated lime increases,and the daily consumption of hydrated lime increases by 10.4%compared to the consumption without sludge mixed combustion;the amount of fly ash produced remained basically unchanged,and the amount of dioxin emissions remained unchanged,with a toxicity equivalent of approximately 0.02.The results of this study can clarify the environmental impact of municipal sludge mixed combustion in domestic waste incineration power plants,and guide colleagues in selecting a reasonable method for sludge mixed combustion.
