摘 要:甲醇作为液态清洁能源,是实现烟叶等农副产品智慧绿色烘烤的有效途径,但在烟叶烘烤的不同阶段热量需求变化大,导致现有低功率甲醇燃烧器稳定性及环境温度适应性差。为此,以低功率烟叶烘烤甲醇燃烧器为研究对象,采用数值模拟方法分析甲醇燃烧器引射性能,研究不同燃料质量流量下,喷嘴直径、喷嘴位置、扩压管长度、喉管长度、一次风入口直径对燃烧器引射性能的影响。研究发现,引射器摩尔引射系数与喷嘴直径呈负相关,与一次风入口直径呈正相关。基于对各结构参数的分析,得到甲醇燃烧器引射器的改进结构参数。当燃料入口质量流量在0.68~9.20 kg/h之间时,改进后的燃烧器摩尔引射系数维持在1.95~4.41之间。与改进前相比,引射器平均摩尔引射系数提升49.7%。同时,改进后的引射器具有较好的温度适应性,在较低燃料温度和环境温度时,仍能确保引射器出口温度高于甲醇燃料露点温度,有利于甲醇燃料的稳定燃烧。As a clean liquid energy source,methanol is an effective way to realize the intelligent green baking of agricultural products such as tobacco.However,the heat demand changes greatly at different stages of tobacco curing,resulting in poor stability and environmental temperature adaptability of the existing low-power methanol burner.In this paper,a low-power methanol burner for tobacco curing was designed.Numerical simulations were conducted to analyze the performance of the methanol burner ejector.The influences of nozzle diameter,nozzle position,diffuser length,pipe length,and primary air inlet diameter on ejector performance were investigated under different fuel inlet mass flow rates.The research findings reveal a negative correlation between the molar ejector coefficient and nozzle diameter,as well as a positive correlation with the primary air inlet diameter.Based on an analysis of the various structural parameters,improved design parameters for the methanol fuel burner ejector were obtained.When the fuel inlet mass flow rate was between 0.68 kg/h and 9.20 kg/h,the improved burner maintained a stable molar ejection coefficient between 1.95 and 4.41.Compared with the original design,the average molar ejection coefficient of the burner was increased by 49.7%.Furthermore,the improved ejector exhibited good temperature adaptability,ensuring that the exit temperature remains above the dew point temperature of methanol fuel even at lower fuel and ambient temperatures,which was conducive to stable combustion of methanol burner.
