摘  要:《中医儿科学》是基础理论与临床实践之间的桥梁课,其教学重点既要注重培养学生扎实的理论基础知识,同时又要强化临床思维,培养学生临证能力,以适应今后临床工作的需要。案例教学法是培养学生中医临床思维能力的有效教学方法之一,元认知的纳入可促进案例教学法的实施,提高学习效果,弥补以往单纯讲授法教学对学生临床思维能力培养的不足,有利于实现以提升学生中医临床思维能力为导向的教学目标。Pediatrics of Chinese Medicine is a bridge curriculum linking basic theory and clinical practice,and its teaching focuses on guiding students to master solid theoretical foundation knowledge,while strengthening clinical thinking and cultivating students’clinical capability to satisfy the needs of future clinical work.The case teaching method is one of the effective teaching methods to develop students’clinical thinking skills in traditional Chinese medicine.The incorporation of metacognition in case teaching can facilitate the implementation of the case teaching method,better the learning outcome,make up for the shortcomings of the previous didactic method in the cultivation of students’clinical thinking ability,and help to achieve the teaching goal oriented to the improvement of students’clinical thinking ability in traditional Chinese medicine.
