摘　　要：本文利用统计信息和微观数据探究了农村劳动力非农就业市场的特征,并基于这些特征构建了包含本地非农就业和外出就业两个市场的搜寻匹配模型。理论分析和数值模拟的结果展示了农村劳动力非农就业的双重市场均衡状况,并为非农就业市场的扩张提供了机制解释。在两个非农就业市场上,不同的市场环境变量影响着岗位创造,劳动生产率提高和就业成本降低共同促进了非农就业规模的扩大;当前,生产率发展的推动作用更加显著,而农业专业化在未来可能推动非农就业向单一市场演变。Using macro-level and micro-level data,this paper examines the characteristics of non-farm labor market in rural China.Based on these characteristics,this paper proposes a labor search model integrating both of local and non-local non-farm labor markets.The theoretical and numerical results show the dual-market equilibrium of non-farm employment for rural labor force and provide mechanism explanations for the expansion of non-farm labor market.In local and non-local non-farm labor markets,different variables influence job creation.The increased labor productivity and decreased participation costs play important roles to the non-farm labor market expansion.Currently,the effect of increased productivity is more significant.In the future,agricultural specialization may drive the evolution of non-farm employment towards a single market.
