摘　　要：为检验金融科技对企业数字化转型的影响机制,基于中国沪深两市A股主板企业的2011—2020年数据进行检验。结果表明:金融科技有效驱动企业数字化转型,并对非国有、高科技企业数字化转型有更突出的作用。从机制来看,金融科技能够改善企业融资境遇、强化企业内部控制与财务稳定、提升企业创新活力,从而加快企业数字化转型。同时,良好的外部金融制度建设有助于发挥金融科技服务实体经济的效能。To examine the impact and mechanism of fintech on the digital transformation of enterprises,data from 2011-2020 based on A-share main board enterprises in China’s Shanghai and Shenzhen markets were examined.The results show that fintech effectively drives the digital transformation of enterprises and has a more prominent effect on the digital transformation of non-state-owned,high-tech enterprises.In terms of mechanism,fintech can improve the financing situation of enterprises,strengthen their internal control and financial stability,and enhance their innovation dynamics,thus accelerating their digital transformation.At the same time,a good external financial system can help bring into play the effectiveness of fintech in serving the real economy.
