摘 要:锁频技术极大地促进了腔衰荡光谱技术在光谱吸收领域的发展,使腔衰荡光谱技术具有更高精度、更好灵敏度以及更稳定等优势。本文基于经典腔衰荡光谱技术和锁频技术基本原理,对锁频技术在吸收光谱领域的研究现状以及在大气痕量气体等不同领域的应用进行综述,列举了几种现阶段腔衰荡光谱领域使用较多的锁频技术并对其进行了分析。最后结合现阶段锁频技术和腔衰荡光谱技术的发展趋势对锁频技术的应用前景进行了展望。Frequencylocking technology has greatly promoted the development of cavity ringdown spectroscopy in the field of spectral absorption.Therefore,cavity ringdown spectroscopy has gained advantages such as higher precision,better sensitivity,and increased stability.Based on the basic principles of classical cavity ringdown spectroscopy and frequencylocking technology,this paper reviews the current research status of frequencylocking technology in the field of absorption spectroscopy and its applications pertaining to atmospheric trace gases.This paper also lists several frequencylocking technologies that are widely used in the field of cavity ringdown spectroscopy.Finally,the application prospect of frequencylocking technology is determined combining the current development trend of frequencylocking technology and cavity ringdown spectroscopy technology.
