摘　　要：目的 基于加权TOPSIS法建立卡泊芬净的药物利用评估(DUE)标准,为提高卡泊芬净的合理使用提供参考依据。方法 以卡泊芬净药品说明书为基础,参考相关真菌感染治疗指南,基于加权TOPSIS法建立卡泊芬净DUE标准,并评估南宁市第一人民医院2020年1月—2021年12月使用卡泊芬净的40份病历。结果 评估的40份病历中,用药合理病历占50.0%,用药基本合理病历占22.5%,用药不合理病历占27.5%。结论 基于加权TOPSIS法建立的卡泊芬净DUE标准可用于评估该药物的用药合理性,评估结果显示医院卡泊芬净的不合理用药现象较为普遍,应加强管理。Objective The weighted TOPSIS method is used to establish a standard for the drug use evaluation(DUE)of caspofungin,providing a reference basis for improving the rationality of caspofungin use.Methods Based on caspofungin′s drug instructions,and referring to relevant fungal infection treatment guidelines,a weighted TOPSIS method is used to establish a DUE standard for caspofungin.Based on this,the rationality of using caspofungin in 40 medical records from January 2020 to December 2021 in Nanning First People′s Hospital was evaluated.Results Of the 40 medical records evaluated,50.0%were those with reasonable medication,22.5%were those with basically reasonable medication,and 27.5%were those with unreasonable medication.Conclusion The DUE standard for caspofungin established based on the weighted TOPSIS method can be used to evaluate the rationality of the drug use.The evaluation results show that irrational use of caspofungin in hospitals is common,and management should be strengthened.
