前列舒通胶囊联合盐酸安妥沙星治疗精囊炎合并血精症的临床效果

摘　　要：目的观察前列舒通胶囊联合盐酸安妥沙星治疗精囊炎合并血精症的临床效果。方法回顾性选取2019年2月—2021年8月蚌埠医学院第二附属医院收治的精囊炎合并血精症患者68例,根据治疗方法不同分为观察组(n=31)和对照组(n=33)。对照组给予盐酸安妥沙星治疗,观察组给予前列舒通胶囊联合盐酸安妥沙星治疗,疗程均为4周。比较2组临床疗效,治疗前后相关临床指标、临床症状改善情况及不良反应。结果观察组治疗总有效率为93.55%,高于对照组的72.72%(χ^(2)=4.868,P=0.027);治疗4周后,2组精液红细胞计数、白细胞计数及精囊腺体积较治疗前均减小,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01);2组美国国立卫生研究院慢性前列腺炎症状评分表(NIH-CPSI)中疼痛、排尿症状、生活质量评分及总评分较治疗前降低,且观察组低于对照组(P均<0.01);观察组与对照组不良发应总发生率比较差异无统计学意义(12.90%vs.15.15%,χ^(2)=0.067,P=0.796)。结论前列舒通胶囊联合盐酸安妥沙星治疗精囊炎合并血精症的效果确切,可提高患者治愈率,改善其临床症状,安全性好,值得临床推广应用。Objective To observe the clinical effect of Qianlie Shutong capsule combined with antofloxacin hydrochloride in the treatment of seminal vesiculitis complicated with hemospermia.Methods Retrospective selection of 68 patients with seminal vesiculitis complicated with hemospermia admitted to the Second Affiliated Hospital of Bengbu Medical College from February 2019 to August 2021.According to different treatment methods,they were divided into observation group and control group,with 34 patients in each group.The control group was treated with antofloxacin hydrochloride,while the observation group was treated with Qianlie Shutong capsule combined with antofloxacin hydrochloride for 4 weeks.Compared the clinical efficacy,relevant clinical indicators,improvement of clinical symptoms before and after treatment,and adverse reactions between two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 93.55%,which was higher than 72.72%of the control group(χ^(2)=4.868,P=0.027);After 4 weeks of treatment,the red blood cell count,white blood cell count,and seminal vesicle volume in both groups decreased compared to before treatment,and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05 or P<0.01);The pain,urination symptoms,quality of life scores,and total scores on the national institutes of health chronic prostatitis symptom scale(NIH-CPSI)in two groups decreased compared to before treatment,and the observation group was lower than the control group(all P<0.01);There was no statistically significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the observation group and the control group(12.90%vs.15.15%,χ^(2)=0.067,P=0.796).Conclusion The combination of Qianlie Shutong capsule and antofloxacin hydrochloride in the treatment of seminal vesiculitis complicated with hemospermia has a definite effect,can improve the patient′s cure rate and clinical symptoms,has good safety,and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
