摘　　要：糖尿病肾病可归属于中医“消渴”“水肿”“虚劳”等范畴,本文基于毒邪学说和络病理论,结合风邪的致病特点,探讨糖尿病肾病的发病机制,旨在为临床治疗糖尿病肾病提供新的思路。Diabetic nephropathy is one of the leading causes of end-stage renal disease,and can be attributed to“xiao ke”,“hydrous”and“consumptive disease”in the theory of traditional Chinese medicine.The study tries to explore the pathogenesis of diabetic nephropathy based on the theory of pathogenic toxin and collaterals disease,combined with the wind of the pathogenic characteristics,aiming at providing a new method for the clinical treatment of diabetic nephropathy.
