无痛内热针治疗椎管外软组织损害性疼痛的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:探索在全身静脉麻醉状态下行无痛内热针治疗椎管外软组织损害性疼痛的临床疗效,评估该治疗方案的有效性和优势。方法:将100例患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各50例,两组患者均采用内热针治疗,其中观察组采用全身麻醉,对照组采用局部麻醉,对患者VAS评分、住院天数、Ramsay镇静评分以及安全性进行评价。结果:1.观察组Ramsay镇静评分较对照组更满意(P<0.05);2.经治疗后两组患者的VAS评分均明显下降(P<0.05),两组患者治疗后组间疗效无显著差异(P>0.05);3.观察组患者住院周期明显短于对照组(P<0.05);4.对照组较观察组生命体征更平稳(P<0.05)。结论:无痛内热针治疗慢性软组织性疼痛具有良好的临床疗效,可显著提高患者治疗的舒适性,缩短患者住院时间。Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of painless internal heat needle in the treatment of injurious soft tissue pain outside spinal canal under general intravenous anesthesia and evaluate the effectiveness and advantages of the treatment.Methods:100patients were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group,50patients in each group.Patients in both group were treated with internal heat acupuncture,The patients in the observation group were treated with general anesthesia,while the patients in the control group were treated with local anesthesia.During the study period,the VAS score,length of stay,sedation score of Ramsay,and safety were evaluated.Results:1.The Ramsay sedation score of the observation group was more satisfactory than the control group(P<0.05);2.The VAS scores of patients in both groups decreased significantly after treatment(P<0.05);There was no significant difference in efficacy between the two groups after treatment(P>0.05);3.The duration of hospitalization was significantly shorter in the treatment group than in the control group(P<0.05);4.The control group had more stable vital signs than the observation group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Internal heat acupuncture under general intravenous anesthesia has a good clinical effect on chronic soft tissue pain.The treatment can observably improve the comfort of patients,shorten the length of hospital stay.
