郑氏舒活酒加冰敷对急性踝关节扭伤早期肿痛症状干预的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:探索郑氏舒活酒联合冰敷对急性踝关节扭伤早期肿痛症状干预效果。方法:将108例急性踝关节扭伤早期患者随机分成郑氏舒活酒联合冰敷治疗组(试验组)和单纯冰敷治疗组(对照组)各54例。两组患者均治疗6次,每组分别对治疗前、后视觉模拟评分(VAS)和踝部肿胀度评分进行评分,按公认的评价表进行疗效评估。结果:两组治疗后VAS评分和踝部肿胀度评分均较治疗前明显降低(均P<0.01),试验组以上评分较对照组降低更明显(P<0.05)。试验组总有效率为96.3%,优于对照组总有效率为77.78%(P<0.05)。结论:郑氏舒活酒联合冰敷对急性踝关节扭伤早期肿痛症状改善的临床疗效显著,能够消肿止痛,值得临床应用。Objective:To explore the intervention effect of Zheng's Shuhuo wine combined with ice compress on early swelling and pain symptoms of acute ankle sprain.Method:One hundred and eight patients with acute ankle sprain were randomly divided into a Zheng's Shuhuo wine combined with ice compress group(experimental group)and ice compress group(control group).Fifty-four cases in each group.The patients in both groups were treated six times.VAS score and the score of swelling were scored before and after treatment.Clinical therapeutic effects were assessed according to acknowledged Evaluation Form.Result:After treatment,the VAS score and ankle swelling degree score in both groups were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.01),VAS scores and ankle swelling scores were reduced more significantly in the trial group than in the control group(P<0.05).In the Zheng's Shuhuo wine combined with ice compress group,the total efficiency was 96.3%,which was superior to 77.78%in the ice compress group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Zheng's Shuhuo wine combined with ice compress on has a significant clinical effect on the improvement of early swelling and pain symptoms of acute ankle sprain,It relieved the swelling and pain.It is worth of clinical application.
