“翻车疗法”配合蚕食清创治疗慢性结痂疮面临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察“翻车疗法”配合蚕食清创治疗慢性结痂疮面的临床疗效。方法:在电子病案信息系统中检索我科应用“翻车疗法”配合蚕食清创法治疗的因低温烫伤所致的慢性结痂疮面的患者,共57例,其中52例最终完成治疗过程。统计这52例患者的病案资料,录入并分析其相关临床资料:①一般情况:姓名、性别、年龄。②既往病史。③临床特征:疮面部位、疮面面积及深度、烫伤原因。④治疗情况。结果:结痂去除方面:经治疗2-5天结痂去除者10例,6-10天结痂去除者26例,11-14天结痂去除者16例。疮面愈合方面:7-14天愈合15例,15-21天愈合21例,22-28天愈合12例,29-35天愈合4例。结论:“翻车疗法”配合蚕食清创对于低温烫伤所致的慢性结痂疮面的治疗疗效肯定,可以使不愿接受或不能接受常规外科清创手术治疗的患者获益。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of“rollover therapy”combined with nibbling debridement in the treatment of chronic scab.Methods A total of 57patients with chronic scab caused by low temperature burns were treated by the“rollovers therapy”combined with nibble debridement were searched in the electronic medical record information system.52of them completed the treatment process.The medical records of these 52patients were counted,and the relevant clinical data were recorded and analyzed:①General information:name,gender,age.②Past medical history.③Clinical features:wound site,wound area and depth,cause of scalding.④Treatment.Results In terms of scab removal:after treatment,10cases of scab removal within 2~5days,26cases of scab removal within 6~10days,and 16cases of scab removal within 11~14days;Wound healing:15cases healed within 7~14days,21cases healed within 15~21days,12cases healed within 22~28days,and 4cases healed within 29~35days.Conclusion the“Rollover therapy”combined with nibble debridement has been shown to be effective in the treatment of chronic scab caused by hypothermia and may benefit patients who are unwilling or unable to receive conventional surgical debridement.
