气海俞龙虎交战针法治疗腰椎间盘突出症疗效及对肌电图的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察气海俞“龙虎交战”针法对比普通电针治疗对腰椎间盘突出症患者肌电图的影响;方法:双盲法将诊断为腰椎间盘突出症60例患者随机分为龙虎交战针法组、普通针刺组,两组均对选穴气海俞,观察治疗前后两组患者肌电图神经远端潜伏期,进而观察患者疼痛视觉模拟评分(VAS)、腰痛疾患疗效评定标准(JOK评分)及肌电图胫腓神经传导速度。结果:两组患者治疗后VAS评分、JOK评分均明显降低(P<0.05),治疗后两组患者肌电图腓总、胫神经传导速度均增快,胫、腓总神经远端潜伏期缩短,较治疗前都有显著差异(P<0.05),龙虎交战针法组显效程度明显优于普通针刺组。结论:龙虎交战针法与普通针刺法均可以减轻患者疼痛症状,均能加快胫、腓总神经传导速度,但龙虎交战针法组在修复神经缓解症状方面优于普通电针治疗。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Qihaishu“Dragon and Tiger Fight”on electromyography(EMG)in the treatment of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation(LIDH).Methods:60patients with LIDH were randomly divided into the group“Dragon and tiger Fight”acupuncture group and ordinary acupuncture group by double-blind method.Before and after treatment,the clinical observation was made on the effect of electromyography on Qihaishu in both groups.The changes of visual analogue scale(VAS),jok score and fibular nerve conduction velocity barrier were observed.Results:After treatment,the VAS score and jok score of the two groups were significantly decreased(P<0.05),the conduction velocity of common peroneal nerve and tibial nerve increased,and the latency of distal tibial nerve and common peroneal nerve was shortened in both groups after treatment(P<0.05).The effectiveness of the“Dragon and Tiger Fight”acupuncture group was significantly better than that of the ordinary acupuncture group.Conclusion:both groups can relieve the pain symptoms and accelerate the conduction velocity of common tibial and peroneal nerve,but the Qihaishu“Dragon and Tiger fight”acupuncture group is superior to ordinary electroacupuncture in repairing the nerves and relieving the symptoms.
