摘 要:针对海上油田常规的调剖措施应用过程中存在注水井压力高、调剖体系注入压力上升快和注入困难的问题,研究了一种自适应粘弹颗粒体系,并通过室内实验,评价了该体系的微观形态、膨胀性能、热稳定性能和封堵性能。结果表明:自适应粘弹颗粒体系粒径为1.8~2.2μm;自聚集的粒径可以达到20μm;比聚合物具有更好的耐温性能;不同的岩心渗透率条件下,封堵率超过85%。现场应用结果表明,自适应粘弹颗粒体系具有良好的增油降水效果。In view of the problems of high pressure in injection wells,rapid increase of injection pressure in profile control system and difficult injection in the application of conventional profile control measures in offshore oil fields,an adaptive viscoelastic particle system was studied.Through laboratory experiments,the micromorphology,expansion performance,thermal stability performance and plugging performance of the system were evaluated.The experimental results showed that the size of the adaptive viscoelastic particle system was mainly between 1.8and 2.2μm.The self-aggregated particle size can reach 20μm.Better temperature resistance than polymer.Under different core permeability conditions,the plugging rate was more than 85%.Field application showed that the adaptive viscoelastic particle system has a good effect on oil increase and precipitation.
