摘　　要：腰果油的主要成分为腰果酚,其分子结构中既含有刚性的苯环和高活性的酚羟基,又含有强疏水的柔性脂肪族侧链,因而具有极佳的耐腐蚀性和极好的机械性能。以腰果酚为原料可制备植物聚醚多元醇、酚醛树脂以及表面活性剂等多种下游产品,应用广泛,具有很强的市场竞争力,是石油苯酚的常用替代品。本文对腰果酚及其下游产品工艺进行应用研究,探讨了腰果酚的应用价值。The main component of cashew nut oil is cardanol.Its molecular structure contains both rigid benzene ring and highly active phenolic hydroxyl,as well as strong hydrophobic flexible aliphatic side chain,so it has excellent corrosion resistance and excellent mechanical properties.Cardanol can be used as a raw material to prepare various downstream products such as plant polyether polyols,phenolic resins,surfactants,etc.It is widely used and has strong market competitiveness,and is a commonly used substitute for petroleum phenol.This article conducted application research on cashew phenol and its downstream product technology,and explored the application value of cashew phenol.
