摘 要:连接节点的承载力是体现装配式钢结构抗震性能的决定性指标,然而目前传统的动力学响应分析方法难以精确刻画连接节点的承载特征。以某村公所装配式刚结构为研究对象,立足结构模型和材料,构建动力学研究方法体系,探讨质量矩阵、阻尼系数的求取方法;从结构特点出发,对梁、柱结构采用带截面形式的梁单元,对薄板件采用带厚度信息的四边形面单元,开展有限元建模;针对地震瞬态过程的特殊性,优选模态叠加法,对模型施加迁安波,开展装配式钢结构抗震性能分析,获得整体结构的应力—时间历程和应力云图。运用节点子模型技术,并进行网格细化,以整体结构响应的位移场强制作为节点子模型的边界输入,获得更加精细的连接节点应力云图。基于节点子模型技术得到的连接节点所受最大应力为45.57 MPa,比在整体结构分析得到的连接节点所受应力39.06 MPa要大,符合实际工况。The bearing capacity of the connecting joints is a decisive index to reflect the seismic performance of assembled steel structures.However,it is difficult to accurately describe the bearing characteristics of the connecting joints by using traditional dynamic response analysis methods.By taking the assembled steel structure of a village office as the research object,the methodology system of dynamic study was constructed based on the structural model and materials,and the method of obtaining the mass matrix and damping coefficient was discussed.Started from the structural characteristics,the beam elements with cross section were used for the beam and column structures,and the quadrilateral elements with thickness information were used for the thin plate parts to carry out the finite element modeling.According to the particularity of the seismic transient process,the modal superposition method was selected out.The Qian'an wave was applied to the model,the seismic performance analysis of the assembled steel structure was carried out,and the stress-time history and stress nephogram of the whole structure were obtained.The joint sub-model technology was used,the grids were refined,the displacement field of the overall structural response was forced as the boundary input of the joint submodel,and a more detailed stress nephogram of the connecting joints was obtained.The maximum stress of the connecting joints obtained based on the joint sub-model technology is 45.57 MPa,which is greater than the stress of the connecting joints obtained from the overall structural analysis,i.e.39.06 MPa,which is in accordance with the actual working conditions.
