论三七的补脾功效

摘　　要：梳理自明代至今有关三七的文献,基于三七产地、生长环境特征、药性、药味分析和临床应用等,结合现代药理学研究成果,对三七补气功效进一步分析。认为三七的归经除公认的肝经、胃经外,还可归脾经。提出三七具有补脾摄血作用,可通过补脾气、促进脾发挥统摄作用而治疗内伤出血。经脏腑辨证属脾不统血证和经气血津液辨证属由气及血、津液者,均可在方中加入小剂量三七粉冲服,或以蜂蜜搅拌,增强止血及甘缓补中的作用。This paper summarized the literature on Sanqi(Panax Notoginseng)since Ming dynasty,and dis⁃cussed its effect on supplementing the spleen by analyzing the orgin,growth environment,medicinal nature,medici⁃nal flavor,and clinical application of Sanqi(Panax Notoginseng)as well as the modern pharmacological research re⁃sults.It is believed that the channel entries of Sanqi(Panax Notoginseng)not only include the recognized liver and stomach channels,but also the spleen channel.Sanqi(Panax Notoginseng)can supplement the spleen and govern blood,and is usually used to treat internal damage and bleeding by supplementing spleen qi and promoting the func⁃tion of spleen to control.For those with spleen failing to govern the blood syndrome by zang-fu(脏腑)pattern differen⁃tiation and with the disease transmission from qi to blood,body fluid by qi,blood,and body fluid pattern differentia⁃tion,a small dose of Sanqi(Panax Notoginseng)powder can be added to the formula infused or mixed with honey,to enhance the effect of stanching bleeding and supplementing the center with sweet-gentle medicinals.
