对外直接投资促进经济高质量发展了吗?——基于中国省际面板数据的实证研究

摘　　要：本文基于“新发展理念”构建了一套系统的经济高质量发展评价体系,测度中国30个省、市和自治区的经济高质量发展水平,并从“创新”、“协调”、“绿色”、“开放”和“共享”五个维度论证中国对外直接投资对经济高质量发展的影响,进而拓展至分区域的异质性研究。进一步采用面板门槛模型,从吸收能力视角考察了人力资本和研发投入在中国对外直接投资对经济高质量发展影响中的门槛效应。研究结果表明:我国对外直接投资对经济高质量发展具有显著的正向促进效应,其主要来源是创新水平。这一效应存在显著的区域差异,在东部和中部地区的促进效应比西部地区明显。并且,人力资本和研发投入在中国对外直接投资的经济高质量发展促进效应中存在积极且边际效率递增的非线性门槛规律。This paper constructs a systematic evaluation system of high-quality economic development based on the"New Development Concept"to measure the high-quality economic development level of 30 provinces,municipalities and autonomous regions in China and demonstrates the impact of China's foreign direct investment on high-quality economic development from five dimensions of"innovation","coordination","greenness","openness"and"sharing",and then extends to the study of regional heterogeneity.Further,the panel threshold model is used to examine the moderating role of human capital and R&D investment in the impact of China's foreign direct investment on high-quality economic development from the perspective of absorptive capacity.The results show that Chin's foreign direct investment has a significant positive effect on high-quality economic development,and its main source is innovation level.And there are obvious regional differences in this effect,which are more prominent in the eastern and central regions while not obvious in the western regions.Moreover,human capital and R&D investment have a positive and nonlinear threshold law of increasing marginal efficiency in the promotion of high-quality economic development of China's foreign direct investment.
