摘　　要：通过构建“产权-经营-治理”的关联性分析框架,本文以闽北、川西、鄂南典型村庄实践为例,研究农地规模经营助推乡村产业振兴的运行机制。结果表明:第一,地权整合性塑造乡村产业振兴的产权基础,经营嵌入性影响乡村产业振兴的社会基础,地权整合性、经营嵌入性与乡村产业振兴成效密切关联;第二,从历史变迁来看,合作化时期、大包干时期以及市场化时期的农地规模经营模式呈现不同的地权整合性和经营嵌入性,且市场化背景下的农地入股模式最有利于推动乡村产业振兴;第三,提升不同农地规模经营模式的地权整合性和经营嵌入性,是实现经营主体有效性、规模经营有效性以及推动乡村产业振兴的关键。上述结论表明,夯实农地规模经营的产权基础及社会基础,能够在实现“主体有效”的基础上让“经营有效”成为可能。By constructing a correlation analysis framework of‘property right-management-governance",this paper takes the typical villages in northermn Fujian,western Sichuan,and southem Hubei as examples to study the mechanism of large-scale farmland management to promote rural industry revitalization.The results show that:First,the integration of land rights lays the property rights foundation of rural industrial revitalization,and the management embeddedness affects the social foundation of rural industrial revitalization.Second,from the perspective of historical changes,in the period of cooperation,the period of large-scale contracting,and the period of marketization,the scale management mode of farmland presents different levels of land rights integration and management embeddedness,and the farmland shareholding mode under the background of marketization is most conducive to the rural industry revitalization.Third,improving the integration of land rights and management embeddedness of different farmland scale management is the key to realize the effectiveness of business entities,the effectiveness of scale management and the rural industry revitalization.The above conclusions show that consolidating the property rights foundation and social foundation of large-scale management of farmland can make"effective operation"possible on the basis of"effective entities".
