经腹部与经阴道彩超联合检查在早期异位妊娠诊断中的应用研究

摘　　要：目的探讨经腹部与经阴道彩超联合检查在早期异位妊娠诊断中的应用效果。方法120例经手术病理确诊的早期异位妊娠患者,均采取经腹部与经阴道彩超检查。对比经腹部彩超检查、经阴道彩超检查、经腹部与经阴道彩超联合检查的诊断符合率。结果手术病理检查显示:50例未破裂型异位妊娠、35例破裂型异位妊娠、23例输卵管妊娠、12例宫角妊娠。经腹部彩超检查的诊断符合率为86.67%(104/120),经阴道彩超检查的诊断符合率为92.50%(111/120),经腹部与经阴道彩超联合检查的诊断符合率为98.33%(118/120)。经腹部与经阴道彩超联合检查的诊断符合率高于经腹部彩超检查、经阴道彩超检查,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);经腹部彩超检查、经阴道彩超检查的诊断符合率对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论对早期异位妊娠患者采取经腹部与经阴道彩超联合检查效果确切,具有较高的诊断准确性,值得临床采纳。Objective To discuss the effect of combined transabdominal and transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of early ectopic pregnancy.Methods 120 patients with early ectopic pregnancy confirmed by surgical pathology were examined by transabdominal and transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound.The diagnostic coincidence rate of transabdominal color Doppler ultrasound and transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound alone and in combination was compared.Results Surgical pathological examination showed:50 cases of unruptured ectopic pregnancy,35 cases of ruptured ectopic pregnancy,23 cases of tubal pregnancy,12 cases of corneal pregnancy.The diagnostic coincidence rate was 86.67%(104/120)for transabdominal color Doppler ultrasound,92.50%(111/120)for transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound,and 98.33%(118/120)for combined transabdominal and transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound.The diagnosis coincidence rate of combined transabdominal and transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound was higher than that of transabdominal and transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound alone,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the diagnosis coincidence rate between transabdominal and transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound(P>0.05).Conclusion The combined examination of transabdominal and transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound in patients with early ectopic pregnancy is effective and has high diagnostic accuracy,which is worthy of clinical adoption.
