达英-35联合二甲双胍治疗多囊卵巢综合征的效果研究

摘　　要：目的探究炔雌醇环丙孕酮片(商品名:达英-35)联合二甲双胍治疗多囊卵巢综合征的效果。方法160例多囊卵巢综合征患者,随机分为观察组与对照组,各80例。对照组使用二甲双胍治疗,观察组应用达英-35联合二甲双胍治疗。比较两组治疗后各项性激素水平、治疗效果、不良反应发生情况。结果观察组睾酮(T)、黄体生成素(LH)分别为(0.3±0.1)mmol/L、(5.1±0.3)mU/ml,低于对照组的(0.8±0.4)mmol/L、(8.2±0.4)mU/ml,卵泡刺激素(FSH)(5.5±1.5)U/L高于对照组的(4.7±1.3)U/L,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗总有效率为98.75%,高于对照组的85.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组出现恶心1例,呕吐1例,阴道突破性出血0例,不良反应发生率为2.50%;对照组出现恶心5例,呕吐6例,阴道突破性出血2例,不良反应发生率为16.25%;观察组不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用达英-35联合二甲双胍治疗多囊卵巢综合征,能够有效改善患者性激素水平,同时提高治疗总有效率,取得更好的治疗效果。Objective To investigate the effect of ethinylestradiol and cyproterone acetate tablets(trade name:Diane-35)combined with metformin in the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome.Methods A total of 160 patients with polycystic ovary syndrome were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 80 cases in each group.The control group was treated with metformin,and the observation group was treated with Diane-35 and metformin.The levels of various sex hormones,therapeutic effect,and occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups after treatment.Results The testosterone(T)and luteinizing hormone(LH)level were(0.3±0.1)mmol/L and(5.1±0.3)mU/ml in the observation group,which were lower than those of(0.8±0.4)mmol/L and(8.2±0.4)mU/ml in the control group;FSH level of(5.5±1.5)U/L in the observation group was higher than that of(4.7±1.3)U/L in the control group;the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of 98.75%in the observation group was higher than that of 85.00%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The observation group had 1 case of nausea,1 case of vomiting and 0 case of vaginal breakthrough emia,with an incidence of adverse reactions of 2.50%.The control group had 5 cases of nausea,6 cases of vomiting and 2 cases of vaginal breakthrough bleeding,with an incidence of adverse reactions of 16.25%.The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of Diane-35 and metformin is effective in improving sex hormone levels in patients with polycystic ovary syndrome,as well as improving therapeutic efficiency and achieving better therapeutic outcomes.
