间隔补铁法在缺铁性贫血治疗中的临床效果探讨

摘　　要：目的研究间隔补铁法对缺铁性贫血患者的治疗效果。方法104例缺铁性贫血患者,按照随机抽签方法分为观察组(53例)和对照组(51例)。对照组患者采用健脾生血片进行连续补铁法治疗,观察组患者采用健脾生血片进行间隔补铁法治疗。对比两组患者的临床疗效以及不良反应发生情况。结果观察组患者的临床总有效率为98.11%(52/53),与对照组的98.04%(50/51)对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组患者的不良反应发生率1.89%(1/53)明显低于对照组的17.65%(9/51),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用间隔补铁法对缺铁性贫血患者进行治疗的临床疗效与持续补铁法相当,但能显著降低不良反应发生率,值得推荐。Objective To study the effect of intermittent iron supplementation in the treatment of iron deficiency anemia.Methods A total of 104 patients with iron deficiency anemia were randomly divided into observation group(53 cases)and control group(51 cases).The control group was treated with Jianpi Shengxue Tablets for continuous iron supplementation,and the observation group was treated with Jianpi Shengxue Tablets for intermittent iron supplementation.The clinical efficacy and the occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total clinical effective rate of observation group was 98.11%(52/53),and the difference was not statistically significant when compared with 98.04%(50/51)of the control group(P>0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions of 1.89%(1/53)in the observation group was lower than that of 17.65%(9/51)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Both continuous iron supplementation and intermittent iron supplementation have comparable clinical efficacy for the treatment of iron deficiency anemia patients,and the former can significantly lower the incidence of adverse reactions,which is worthy of recommendation.
