脐灸联合中药辨证治疗痛经的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的研究脐灸联合中药辨证治疗痛经的临床疗效。方法68例痛经患者,根据随机抽签分组原则分为观察组与对照组,各34例。对照组实施常规药物治疗,观察组实施脐灸联合中药辨证治疗。比较两组治疗前后的视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分、痛经证候积分以及治疗效果、生活质量评分。结果治疗后,观察组VAS评分(1.20±0.22)分低于对照组的(2.66±0.12)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗总有效率为97.06%,明显高于对照组的70.59%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组痛经证候积分(2.79±0.02)分低于对照组的(4.78±1.82)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组躯体、心理健康、物质生活、社会功能评分分别为(92.25±1.12)、(95.52±1.02)、(93.25±1.78)、(95.82±1.07)分,均高于对照组的(82.25±1.45)、(80.22±1.17)、(81.21±1.01)、(79.36±1.48)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论脐灸联合中药辨证治疗痛经的效果十分显著,能够使患者疼痛感得以减轻,并且提高其生活质量。Objective To study the clinical efficacy of umbilical moxibustion combined with traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation in the treatment of dysmenorrhea.Methods A total of 68 patients with dysmenorrhea were divided into observation group and control group according to random lottery method,with 34 cases in each group.The control group received conventional drug treatment,and the observation group received umbilical moxibustion combined with traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation treatment.The visual analogue scale(VAS)score,dysmenorrhea syndrome score,therapeutic effect and quality of life score were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,VAS score of(1.20±0.22)points in the observation group was lower than that of(2.66±0.12)points in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of 97.06%in the observation group was significantly higher than that of 70.59%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the dysmenorrhea syndrome score of(2.79±0.02)points in the observation group was lower than that of(4.78±1.82)points in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of body,mental health,material life and social function of the observation group were(92.25±1.12),(95.52±1.02),(93.25±1.78)and(95.82±1.07)points,which were higher than those of(82.25±1.45),(80.22±1.17),(81.21±1.01)and(79.36±1.48)points of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of umbilical moxibustion combined with traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation in the treatment of dysmenorrhea is very significant,which can reduce the pain and improve the quality of life of patients.
