中医中药诊治胆囊切除术后综合征的临床经验

摘　　要：临床上胆囊切除术后综合征(PCS)比较多见,大多表现为消化道症状和心理情绪不佳,临床症状及表现复杂多样,现代医学通常认为临床难以有效治疗,且治疗后存在容易复发的难题,对许多患者术后生活质量造成了极大的影响。作者在中医临证过程中总结发现中医药治疗往往会取得很好的疗效,说明中医中药辨证论治在胆囊切除术后综合征治疗中存在明显优势。Post-cholecystectomy syndrome(PCS)is more common in clinical practice,mostly manifesting as gastrointestinal symptoms and poor psychological mood,with complex and diverse clinical symptoms and manifestations,which are usually considered by modern medicine to be clinically difficult to treat effectively,and there is a problem of easy recurrence after treatment,which has a very significant impact on the quality of life of many patients after surgery.The authors concluded that traditional Chinese medicine tends to achieve good efficacy in clinical practice,indicating that there are obvious advantages of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation in the treatment of post-cholecystectomy syndrome.
