摘　　要：目的探究关节镜下同侧腓骨长肌腱重建前交叉韧带的疗效及对踝关节、足功能的影响。方法选取2019年1月至2020年10月收治的66例前交叉韧带损伤患者,随机分为对照组和研究组,每组33例。对照组接受取关节镜下自体同侧股薄肌、半腱肌肌腱重建治疗,研究组则接受关节镜下同侧腓骨长肌腱重建。比较2组疗效及踝关节、足功能评分。结果研究组的治疗效果明显优于对照组(P<0.05);研究组的出院时间、手术时间、24 h关节引流量等临床指标优于对照组(P<0.05);术前,2组的踝关节、足功能评分差异无明显统计学意义(P>0.05),术后4个月、8个月,研究组的踝关节、足功能AOFAS评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05);术前,2组的IKOC评分、Lysholm评分、KOOS评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),术后3个月、8个月,研究组的IKOC评分、Lysholm评分高于对照组(P<0.05),研究组的KOOS评分低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组并发症的发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组的各项生活质量评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论关节镜下同侧腓骨长肌腱重建治疗可以改善和增强踝关节、足功能,降低手术治疗后并发症的发生率,保障其安全性和提高生活质量,促进患者的临床康复,值得推广应用。Objective To explore the effect of arthroscopic reconstruction of the anterior cruciate ligament with the ipsilateral peroneus longus tendon and its effect on the ankle and foot function.Methods A total of 66 patients with anterior cruciate ligament impair treated from January 2019 to October 2020 were recruited.They were randomly in 1∶1 ratio grouped to two groups.The control group received arthroscopic reconstruction of anterior cruciate ligament with autologous ipsilateral gracilis and semitendinosus tendon,while the study group received anterior cruciate ligament with ipsilateral peroneus longus tendon.The efficacy and ankle and foot function scores of the two groups were compared.Results The treatment efficacy of the study group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).The length of stay,operation time,and 24-hour joint drainage in the study group were significantly less than those in the control group(P<0.05).Before surgery,there were no significant differences in ankle and foot function scores between the two groups(P>0.05).At 4 months and 8 months postoperatively,the American Orthopaedic Foot and Ankle Society(AOFAS)scores of ankle and foot function in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in the preoperative International Knee Documentation Committee(IKDC)score,Lysholm score and Knee Injury and Osteoarthritis Outcome Score(KOOS)between groups(P>0.05).At 3 months and 8 months postoperatively,the IKDC score and Lysholm score of the study group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05),and the KOOS of the study group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of quality of life in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Arthroscopic reconstruction of anterior cruciate ligament with ips
