摘 要:介绍了一种基于电液比例技术的非公路矿用自卸车线控液压制动系统及控制原理。由线控制动回路数学模型了解到影响其动态特性的主要参数,并通过建立线控制动回路仿真模型,对主要参数变化对线控制动回路的动态特性影响进行了仿真。结果表明,由电液比例阀和制动器组成的线控制动回路具有良好的动态响应特性;对参数进行优化,能有效提高线控制动回路的动态响应特性,为矿用自卸车基于电液比例技术的线控液压制动系统的设计与应用提供了参考。A wire controlled hydraulic braking system and control principle for off-road mining dump trucks based on electro-hydraulic proportional technology was introduced.From the mathematical model of wire controlled braking circuit,the main parameters affecting its dynamic characteristics were obtained.Meanwhile,by establishing the simulation model of wire controlled braking circuit,the infiuence of main parameter changes on the dynamic characteristics of the wire controlled braking circuit was simulated,which showed that the wire controlled braking circuit composed of an electro-hydraulic proportional valve and a brake had good dynamic response characteristics,at the same time,by optimizing parameters,the dynamic response characteristics of the wire controlled braking circuit could be effectively improved,providing a reference for the design and application of the wire controlled hydraulic braking system based on electro-hydraulic proportional technology in mining dump trucks.
