摘　　要：我国社会权保障存在缺陷和不足,如社会权领域的立法不健全,社会权的保障体系不健全,社会权保障水平不够高、资金投入不充分等。其次,社会权保障还受结构性因素的影响,如城乡发展、收入水平等差距影响导致了社会权保障的覆盖度有限,也影响了人民群众的生活质量和幸福感。社会权保障是社会稳定和谐的基础,也是我国长期致力于构建的目标。在中国特色社会主义新时代,应当更加注重制度的创新和改革,以适应不同需求和情况。There are defects and deficiency in China’s social rights protection such as coverage not broad enough,protection level not high enough,insufficient capital investment and so on.The current situation of social rights protection is also affected by structural factors,such as the gap between urban and rural development and income level,which increases the difficulty of covering social rights protection and also affects people's quality of life and happiness.Social rights protection is the foundation of social stability and harmony,the goal that our country has been constructed for a long time.Therefore,in the new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics,more attention should be payed to institutional innovation and reform to meet different needs and circumstances.In recent years,remarkable progress has been made in the protection of social rights by constantly perfecting the system,increasing investment,and improving the quality of service.Meanwhile,it should be noted that our social right security work still faces many challenges and problems.This paper makes an analysis of the current social rights security system and an analysis of the current situation of social rights security as reference for the path of social rights security in the future.
