摘 要:以某634 FEU全风冷式冷藏集装箱船为例,介绍该类细分船型的整体设计理念及船型特征。阐述该船在尺度参数及船舶能效设计指数(Energy Efficiency Design Index,EEDI)论证、冷藏箱货舱通风设计优化、电力系统设计优化和船体横舱壁结构设计优化等方面的关键技术,重点介绍采用“横向通风”设计的货舱满载风冷式生鲜冷藏箱的散热方案和计算流体动力学(Computational Fluid Dynamics,CFD)仿真预报结果,为同类型全风冷式冷藏集装箱船的开发设计提供参考。This paper takes a 634 FEU specialized air-cooled reefer container vessel as the example to introduce the overall design concept and the characteristics of the ship type,including the critical technologies regarding the determination of principal particulars and Energy Efficiency Design Index(EEDI),the design and optimization of ventilation in reefer cargo hold,the design and optimization of electrical system,and the design and optimization of transversal bulkhead structure.The“transversal ventilation”for heat dissipation of the cargo holds fully loaded with air-cooled reefer containers is introduced in detail along with the simulation result based on Computational Fluid Dynamics(CFD),which provides reference for the development and design of specialized reefer container vessel of the same type.
