摘  要:针对高装填密度低膛压火炮发射装药中出现的可燃传火管个别发高温燃烧残留问题,依托现有试制工艺和材料性能,优化选择多种适用于传火管试制工艺条件的粘结剂,并研究了粘结剂对可燃传火管性能的影响。选定的粘结剂H可燃传火管,相较于制式可燃传火管,在保证可燃传火管组分相容并理化性能符合技术指标要求的情况下,可燃传火管耐压强度提高0.3mPa以上,缩短燃烧时间约3ms,可燃传火管接近金属接头部分管体破裂程度更好,大幅度提升可燃传火管燃烧完全性。In view of the problem of individual high temperature combustion in the firing charge of high loading density and low chamber pressure gun,relying on the existing trial production process and material performance,a variety of binder suitable for the trial production process conditions is optimized,and the influence of binder on the performance of combustible fire transfer pipe is studied.Selected binder H combustible transfer pipe,in the combustible ignition pipe component compatibility and physical and chemical properties meet the requirements of the technical indicators,the combustible ignition pipe close to metal joint body rupture better,effectively improve the mechanical properties of combustible ignition pipe by more than 0.3 MPa,shorten the combustion time by about 3 ms,greatly improve the combustion of combustible transfer pipe.
