摘 要:电解烟气具有烟气量大、污染物浓度低、腐蚀性强等特点,近年来电解铝烟气的综合处理备受关注,尤其是烟气脱硫工艺开发。本文分析了我国电解铝烟气二氧化硫来源,环保政策要求,介绍了我国铝电解行业常用的电解烟气工艺技术、烟气脱硫技术,分析了各技术的原理和优缺点,并对电解铝企业在烟气净化及脱硫工艺选用方面提供参考。Electrolytic flue gas has the characteristics of large flue gas volume,low pollutant concentration,and strong corrosiveness.In recent years,the comprehensive treatment of electrolytic aluminum flue gas has attracted much attention,especially the development of flue gas desulfurization technology.This article analyzes the sources of sulfur dioxide in the flue gas of electrolytic aluminum in China and the requirements of environmental protection policies.It introduces the commonly used electrolytic flue gas technology and flue gas desulfurization technology in the aluminum electrolysis industry in China,analyzes the principles and advantages and disadvantages of each technology,and provides reference for electrolytic aluminum enterprises in selecting flue gas purification and desulfurization technologies.
