摘  要:胶带输送机是物料输送系统的主要设备之一,在选煤厂日常煤炭生产过程中扮演着至关重要的角色。目前业内提出了许多监测并保护胶带输送机本身的设计,但对胶带输送机上输送物料尺寸实时监测的研究却鲜有报道。然而,实际生产过程中造成整个选煤系统瘫痪的原因往往是胶带运输机上输送的物料中出现了尺寸超标物料。本文针对上述问题,提出了一种胶带输送机上物料尺寸监测系统。该监测系统包括现场检测装置和智能反馈系统。现场检测装置可以实时检测物料尺寸,当物料尺寸超标时立即预警,并将信号传至智能反馈系统,同时智能反馈系统迅速进行报警操作。经实际应用证明,该物料尺寸监测系统能够大幅降低由于输送物料尺寸超标造成的选煤系统故障,极大地减少了经济损失。相信该监测系统在物料输送系统中具有巨大应用潜力。The belt conveyor is one of the leading equipment of the material conveying system,which plays a very important role in the daily coal production in the coal preparation plant.At present,many programme of monitoring for protecting belt conveyor themselves have been proposed in the industry.Still,there are few reports on the research of real-time monitoring of conveying material size on belt conveyors.However,the material transported by the belt conveyor in the size of the material exceeding the standard often causes the whole coal preparation system breakdown in the actual production process.For solving the above problems,this paper proposes a material size monitoring system on the belt conveyor.The monitoring system includes a field testing device and an intelligent feedback system.The on-site detection device can detect the material size in real-time and give an immediate warning when the material size exceeds the standard.The signal will be transmitted to the intelligent feedback system,and the intelligent feedback system will alarm quickly.The practical application proves that the material size monitoring system can greatly reduce the failure of the coal preparation system caused by the material size exceeding the standard and greatly reduce the economic loss.We believe that the monitoring system has great application potential in the material conveying system.
