摘  要:生物质型煤技术是提高煤和生物质资源利用的技术之一。该技术不仅能实现煤炭的高效清洁利用,还可以实现生物质废弃物的资源化和能源化利用。本文以生物质型煤作为研究对象,选择不同生物质添加剂、成型温度、成型压力、煤与生物质配比等作为变量,以落下强度和发热量为指标,探究了不同成型条件对成型效果的影响。结果表明成型压力的增大使得生物质型煤的落下强度增强,成型温度的升高和生物质添加量的增大有利于生物质型煤机械强度增加,但过高的成型温度和过多的生物质添加量反而会使落下强度降低;成型温度的升高有利于发热量的提升,但型煤中生物质添加量的增大会使发热量降低,成型压力对发热量的影响程度较小。Biomass briquette technology is one of the technologies to improve the utilization of coal and biomass resources.This technology can not only achieve efficient and clean utilization of coal,but also achieve the recycling and energy utilization of biomass waste.This article takes biomass briquette as the research object,selects different biomass additives,molding temperature,molding pressure and coal to biomass ratio as variables,and uses falling strength and calorific value as indicators to explore the impact of different molding conditions on the molding effect.The results show that the increase in molding pressure enhances the drop strength of biomass briquette,and the increase in molding temperature and biomass addition is beneficial to the increase in mechanical strength of biomass briquette.However,excessive molding temperature and biomass addition can reduce the drop strength;the increase in molding temperature is beneficial to the increase in calorific value,but an increase in the amount of biomass added to briquette will reduce calorific value,and the impact of molding pressure on calorific value is relatively small.
