摘　　要：输煤皮带机作为选煤厂输煤系统的主要设备,其运行效率和生产效率有直接联系,一旦输煤皮带机出现问题,很容易给整个选煤厂生产工作带来严重影响,甚至出现严重的安全事故。因此,本文注重分析自动采样机各方面,如类型、优缺点、工作原理、安装位置等数据,根据不同采样机特征选择对应的自动采样设备类型,全面提高输煤皮带采样机运输效率,保证日常采样的准确性。Coal conveyor as the coal preparation plant coal transport system of the main equipment,its operation efficiency and production efficiency has a direct link,once the coal conveyor problems,it is easy to bring serious impact on the production of the whole coal preparation plant,and even serious safety accidents.Therefore,this paper focuses on the analysis of various aspects of automatic sampler,such as the type,advantages and disadvantages,working principle,installation position and other data,and selects the corresponding type of automatic sampling equipment ac-cording to different sampler characteristics to comprehensively improve the transportation efficiency of coal conveyor belt sampler and ensure the ac-curacy of daily sampling.
