摘 要:针对传统的中和、絮凝化学方法处理河南油田返排液产生絮体多且松散,处理成本高等难题,通过对河南油田返排液的电化学特性进行分析,从电絮凝技术的工艺原理、发展趋势以及模拟试验等三个方面进行了适用性研究,结果表明,通过电絮凝机的研制、工艺设备的优化和操作参数优化,可以较好的处理油田返排液,现场应用结果表明采用改进的电絮凝处理技术,处理后的水质达到了油田污水回注标准。Aiming at the problems of traditional neutralization and flocculation chemical methods to treat Henan oilfield reflux liquid with many and loose flocculents and high treatment costs,by analyzing the electrochemical characteristics of Henan oilfield reflux fluid,the applicability of electroflocculation technology was studied from three aspects:process principle,development trend and simulation test,the results showed that through the development of electroflocculation machine,optimization of process equipment and optimization of operating parameters,oilfield reflux liquid could be better treated,and the field application results showed that improved electroflocculation treatment technology was adopted.The treated water quality meets the standard of oilfield sewage reinjection.
