摘　　要：模范支部建设是中国共产党先进党支部建设的历史源头,在中国共产党基层组织建设史上占有重要地位。中央苏区模范支部建设是中国共产党先进性建设的必然要求,是发挥红军党组织引领作用的内在要求,以毛泽东同志为主要代表的中国共产党人对模范支部的培育和指导,苏区党员的积极参与,是模范支部形成的重要条件。模范支部建设的内容体现在党员教育管理的模范、党员先锋作用发挥的模范、战斗堡垒构建的模范。模范支部建设是中国共产党在中央苏区局部执政时期进行党的先进性建设最早实践探索,促进党的基层组织建设;加强红军中党的基层组织建设,促进红军的政治建军;密切党同群众的联系,促进苏区干部好作风的形成,保证党和苏维埃政府工作任务的完成,支持苏维埃的革命和建设。在加强党对基层组织的领导,真心实意为群众谋利益,弘扬苏区干部好作风,创造第一等工作方面提供了经验启示,对新时代加强党的先进性建设具有重要借鉴意义。The building of model party branch is the historical source of the building of advanced party branch of the Communist Party of China and occupies an important position in the history of the building of grassroots organizations of the CPC.The building of model branch in the Central Soviet Area is the inevitable requirement of the building of the advanced nature of the CPC,the internal requirement to play the leading role of the Red Army Party organization.The important conditions for the formation of the model branch are the cultivation and guidance of the Chinese Communists represented by Comrade Mao Zedong and the active participation of the members of the Soviet Area.The content of the building of model party branch is embodied in the model of the education and management of party members,the vanguard role of party members and the building of battle fortresses.The building of model party branch is the earliest practice and exploration of the building of the Party's advanced nature when the CPC was in power in the central Soviet Area,which promoted the building of the party's grass-roots organization.It strengthened the contact between the Party and the masses,promoted the formation of the good style of cadres in the Soviet Area,ensured the completion of the tasks of the CPC and the Soviet government,and supported the revolution and building of the Soviet government.In strengthening the leadership of the Party to the grass-roots organizations,sincerely seeking the interests of the masses,carrying forward the good style of cadres in the Soviet area,and creating the first class work,it provides experience enlightenment,and has important reference significance for strengthening the building of the Party's advanced nature in the new era.
