摘　　要：中央苏区创建之后,为提升医疗卫生技术,弥补医务人才的不足,完善医疗卫生体系,维护苏区军民生命健康,中国共产党开始积极探索医学专业教育。苏区军政机构开办以培养看护员、卫生员为主的多类型、多层次医务培训班。培训班学制短,培训内容紧密结合革命需要,强调少而精、重点教育;教学注重理论结合实际,学用一致,通俗化。医疗卫生技术培训是中央苏区大规模、快速培养基层医务人员常用的高效方法,深刻影响了此后革命时期和社会主义建设时期的医学教育。After the establishment of the Central Soviet Area,the CPC began to actively explore medical professional education in order to improve medical and health technology,make up for the shortage of medical personnel,improve the medical and health system,and maintain the life and health of the military and civilian in the Soviet Area.The military and political institutions of the Soviet Union have launched multi-type and multi-level medical training courses focusing on training caregivers and health workers.The training class is short in length,the training content is closely combined with the needs of the revolution,and the emphasis is on less but more precise and key education;Teaching focuses on combining theory with practice,consistent learning and application,and popularization.Medical and health technology training is a common and efficient method for large-scale and rapid training of grass-roots medical personnel in the Central Soviet Area,which has a profound impact on medical education in the revolutionary period and the socialist construction period.
